Where engineering meets data

I turn complex data into insight you can act on, grounded in engineering, statistics, and data science — built on experience from clinical research, pharma, and hospitals.

What?

I help you draw insights from your own data and use them to make better decisions. I bring together medical technology engineering and data science so the numbers become something concrete: an overview you can act on, and code you can change yourself afterwards.

Why?

Most organizations sit on data they never use. My job is to tell the story in the numbers, so you can see what they mean and what makes sense to do now. A result is only worth something when it leads to a decision.

Who?

Mohamad Barad

👋 Hi, I’m Mohamad. I’m an engineer (MSc) in Medicine & Technology (DTU/KU), specialised in data science. My specialism is clinical and medical data — some of the most complex and sensitive there is — and that’s exactly what lets me handle any kind of numbers with confidence: registries, surveys, sales and operations figures, sensor data. I make complex datasets understandable for people who don’t work with statistics day to day. I have experience across pharma, healthcare, and research, from R&D to what works in practice.

How I work

From raw data to a decision you can act on

Questions before code

How was the data collected, by whom, why, and what's missing? Those questions come before any analysis.

Analysis I can stand behind

Assumptions get checked every time, even when there's a deadline. I only hand over something I stand behind myself.

Visual proof

You see the result as a graph, not just a number. A traffic light (green, yellow, red) shows status, so it's easy to read.

We follow up

Your numbers are followed over time. I'm reachable, also for a smaller organization without a data team.
